Support Model

Empowerment Plus support services seek to protect children from abuse, promote their welfare and uphold their rights, while encouraging the family members to take on such a role. It considers matters pertaining to children and young people’s care while working to strengthen the family’s capacity to take care of themselves.The Empowerment Model is designed to give maximum support to families and young people who are at risk of a family breakdown and facing residential placement or secure detention placement.
